Intercooler Upgrade Kit:
The performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (520mm x 210mm x 130mm / stepped = 11,752 cc), providing 85% more flow area and 60% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The performance intercooler offers very good cooling characteristics. The weight of the intercooler is 9.0kg. CAD designed cast aluminum freeform end boxes for best possible internal airflow. Overall this intercooler has far less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to do. The original charge air hoses can still be used. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring. The intercooler fits vehicles with N54 & N55 engines.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
